Skin Allergy Testing: For your protection, all guests who are new to our salon or have not had a colour service with us in the past six months will need to undergo a skin allergy test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. This quick and simple test helps us guarantee your safety and the success of your colour treatment.

Booking Fee & Appointment Policy: A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to amend, reschedule, or cancel your booking, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please note that late changes or cancellations/amendments with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee or a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
